Managing Appointments and Quotes

In this article, you will learn how to configure Appointments for your store. You will learn how to define your availability, create multiple slots, and set the duration for each appointment.

The Calendar View allows to simplify the process of scheduling, ensuring your customers can view availability and book appointments.



Click on "Appointments" on the left menu.



Edit the schedule for each day. You can also add an additional slot by clicking on the "+" icon.



You can define the duration for each appointment by selecting the desired time slot in the duration window.



Your customers can now schedule multiple appointments in the same time slot. For example if the limit is set to 2, only 2 slots can be booked at the same time.



You can force your customers to select a location when requesting for a quote.

Q. How can I force customers to book an appointment or request for a quote only?

A: You can do this by heading to the Settings section of Appointments Pro. There, you have various options including “Enable Appointments” and “Enable Quotes” options. You can enable or disable them at any time if you want either of the options to work for you.

Q. How to allow the customers to select a store when requesting for a quote?

A: You can do this by heading to the Settings section of Appointments Pro. There, you have an option of “Enable Location on Quote Request”. This allows your customers to select a store at their convenience when they request for a quote.
