Notifications Configurations

In this article, you will learn how to edit the email and SMS templates. Emails and SMS you have configured in the “Notifications Configurations” page will be sent out to your customers whenever they request for a quote and/or book an Appointment. You can send personalized emails and SMS for various situations including Quote Requests, Quote with No Price, and Appointments to boost customer engagement.

Click on "Notifications Configurations" page on the left menu where you can set up personalized templates for various scenarios.

You can customize your templates with the following Macros: Customer Name, Repair Category, Brand, Model, Amount, Appointment Details, Store Name, Issue Selected, and Customer Notes.

1. Quote Requests
You can configure an Email template for your customers who request for a quote.



You can configure an SMS template for you customers who request for a quote.



Click on “Save” to save your changes.

2. Quote with No Price
You can configure an Email template for quote requests when the part's pricing is missing or it is set to 0.



You can configure an SMS template for quote requests when the part's pricing is missing or it is set to 0.



Click on “Save” to save your changes.

3. Appointments
You can configure an email template for customers who request an Appointment.



You can configure an SMS template for customers who request an Appointment.



Click on “Save” to save your changes.
