Editing and Adding a Repair Service

In this article, we will learn how to delete the models, edit the prices, and add new repair services in Appointments Pro.

NOTE: If you have configured Sync with RepairDesk, manual editing of brands, models, devices, and issues from Appointments Pro will not be possible. To update this information, you can make changes directly within the desired category in RepairDesk, and the updates will automatically reflect in Appointments Pro. This article reflects on how to configure Appointments Pro if you are not using the "Sync with RepairDesk" option.

Click on the "Pricing Editor" to delete the models, edit the prices, or add a new service.


Editing Repair Prices

Click on "Edit Prices


Edit the prices for each model and click on Save.


Creating a New Repair Service

Click on the Actions button and select "Add Service


Upload the image and enter the name of the repair service and click on save.


You can edit the prices for each set of models by selecting your desired device type and brand on the top.
