Enabling Desktop Notification
Desktop notifications not showing in Connect.
Reason 1 :Notifications are not permitted in browser
To give permissions to Repairdesk for notifications.
- Navigate to Repairdesk homepage
2. Click on the “lock” icon
3. Turn on the notifications setting using the toggle
Reason 2: Notification not enabled in “Flags” in Chrome
- Go to chrome://flags/#enable-native-notification
- Look for “Enable system notification” option
3. Change the option from “Disabled” to “enabled”
4. Relaunch Chrome
Reason 3: Notification not allowed in system setting of your Mac
- Open “System setting” by clicking on the Apple icon>system settings.
- Click on “Notifications” setting
3. Click on “Google Chrome” or any browser that you are using
4. Enable the notification
