Cash Drawer

Overview

In certain situations, users may find themselves needing to open the cash drawer manually in Repairdesk. This could include instances where cash or cheques were forgotten to be placed in the cash drawer before closing it after a sale or when the cashier has provided incorrect change to a customer. Previously, users were unable to manually open the cash drawer, causing inconvenience and delays in managing cash transactions.

To address this issue, Repairdesk has introduced a feature that allows users to manually open the cash drawer using specific commands or buttons within the software.

This article will guide you through the various methods to manually open the cash drawer in Repairdesk.

To enable cash drawer opening, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Store Settings.
