OrderSync

Welcome to the OrderSync Application

 
This app has been designed to speed up adding products to your RepairDesk account.

Enter the order ID from the suppliers listed below, and RepairDesk will create a purchase order and automatically import order information.

If a particular SKU already exists in your inventory, the existing mapping will automatically map the attributes. However, if the SKU does not exist in your inventory, AI mapping will be used to map the attributes. You can edit the attributes if they do not match your preferences before creating a purchase order.

Please note that for OrderSync integration with MobileSentrix, if you have multiple locations under a single account, you will need to reconnect OrderSync. Make sure you are logged into MobileSentrix with your desired location before doing so.

Dual Tax support is now available for Canadian merchants. When creating a purchase order through OrderSync with MobileSentrix, both applicable taxes—QST and GST or HST and GST—will be synced with the purchase order to ensure accurate tax calculations and improved reporting.
