  1. How can I track my order?        
You can track your order by putting in the tracking number on the vendor’s website.

2. Can I process an RMA through the marketplace?      
  Currently, you cannot process an RMA through the marketplace. In order to do this please go to the vendor’s website and generate a RMA request.

3. Who can I contact if the received product is faulty?
You can contact the vendor directly through their website if the received product is faulty

4. Who to contact for warranty claims and returns?
You need to contact the vendor as the liability of the orders lies at their end unless stated otherwise
