How to Process Payments using PayFacto
NOTE: Make sure PayFacto is already set up and ready to use.
Also, please note PayFacto no longer supports the PAX S300 terminal and the support for this terminal has been deprecated. To continue using the PayFacto integration with RepairDesk please use the PAX A80 terminal.
Prepare your shopping cart by adding repairs or products, then follow these steps:
- Click Checkout.
- From the left panel, click PayFacto.
- Review or enter the amount, and click Process Payment.
NOTE: Make sure the PayFacto terminal and RepairDesk POS are on the same network.
- The customer can tap, dip, or swipe the card on the terminal.
The Merchant Password screen will be displayed on the terminal.
- You will enter the Merchant Password in the terminal.
The signature screen will be displayed on the terminal.
Once the payment is successful, the POS will show the transaction is now complete.
- Click Dismiss, and then click Confirm to complete the transaction.
A print job will be assigned to the printer and the associated printer should print the receipt.

Q. How to make a new terminal ready for transaction? Or How to put it on ECR mode?
Ans: In the previous hardware terminal (pax S300) you used to press the yellow button in order to make it ready for transaction or to put it on ECR mode, but in the new hardware terminal you have to open the gateway application on the terminal to put it on ECR mode.
Please note that in order to make it ready for transaction you have to disable the tipping by going to the settings of the terminal.
