Q: Can I make the "Charge Deposit" box checked by default all the time?

Ans: Yes, you can. To do this, go to Store Settings > General Settings > Deposit Section and enable the "Check the 'Charge Deposit' box by default" trigger. 

This will automatically check the "Charge Deposit" box on the POS screen for every repair ticket, though you can still uncheck it manually if needed.
