Criteria as Product: If the user selects the type as "Product," they will have the following criteria to choose from:
      • Product Category
      • Item SKU
      • Serial Number
      • Employee
      • Manufacturer
      • Device
Date: Users can select the date range for the report from predefined templates or specify a custom date based on their requirements.

Once you have applied the desired filters, you can take further actions on the generated report:

  • Stores: Displays the most popular SKU(s) based on one or multiple stores.
  • Manufacturer: Shows the manufacturer of the products (e.g., Apple, Samsung).
  • Device: Displays the device name (e.g., iPhone 7).
  • Category: Represents the category of items (e.g., Network Unlocks, Products, Trade-ins, Casual Items).
  • Product Name: Displays the name of the product (e.g., iPhone 7+ screen, Camera).
  • SKU: SKU of the product.
  • Supplier: The supplier attached to the item.
  • QTY: Total quantity of the products sold.
  • Sub-Total: Total gross amount generated from the sales.
  • Tax: Amount of tax applied to the sales.
  • Total: Total amount after adding tax (Sub Total + Tax).
  • COGS: Cost of Goods Sold.
  • Gross Profit: Profit calculated based on Total - COGS.
  • Margin: Margin calculated as Gross Profit / Total.
Note: By default, the default supplier attached to the item will be shown in the report. In the case of exporting to Excel and PDF formats, only the default supplier will be displayed.
