  • Now, when you visit your Google Calendar and go to the specific due date, you will see a scheduled task against that ticket. By clicking on it, you can view various details regarding the ticket.
  • For tickets created from POS, each line item will now appear as a separate event on Google Calendar. This improvement ensures that all items are individually visible


When you update a ticket's assignee, due date, task name, or other details, the corresponding event on Google Calendar will automatically update to reflect the changes.

For example:

  • If a ticket is assigned to a technician, the event will now appear on the technician’s calendar.
  • If the assignee or due date changes later, it will reflect immediately.
  • When a ticket is deleted, the related event will also be removed from Google Calendar automatically.
