How can I upload pictures for inventory items?

Uploading Pictures for Inventory Items

In RepairDesk, you can upload an image for any inventory item—whether it’s an Accessory, Trade-In, or Casual item. Once uploaded, the image will appear on the POS screen.

Steps to upload images:

Go to Inventory >> Manage Inventory >> Product.

Select an item by clicking on its Item ID or the Edit icon.

Under the Product Information tab, click the + icon in the image section. You can upload a JPEG, JPG, PNG, HEIF, or HEIC file under 15MB.

You can also drag an image from your system into the popup window.

You can upload up to 9 images per product.

To delete an image, hover over it and click the delete icon.

To view an image, hover over it and click the eye icon.

You can also add an image directly from the listing page using the + icon.

The popup allows you to upload, drag, or capture an image.

To view an image on the listing page, hover over the uploaded image and it will display in a popover.
