Overview
Sales Summary Reports in Repairdesk provide a comprehensive view of the sales details related to various types, including Repairs, Unlocking, Products, Trade-In, and Casual items. This report allows you to analyze your sales performance and track your net profit and net margin. 

1. Report Search Filters
  • Columns: Select which metrics to include in your report table.
  • Date: The date filter allows you to apply filters based on Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month, and Custom Range.
2. Export Options
  • CSV: Export the report in an Excel file format.
  • PDF: Generate a PDF file for the report.
  • Print: Print the sales summary report directly.
3. Report Columns
Here are the default columns included in the Sales Summary Report:

  • Store: Displays the name of the store(s) included in the report.

  • Repairs: Shows the sales amount generated from Repairs.

  • Products: Shows the sales amount generated from Products.

  • Trade In: Displays the sales amount generated from Trade-In items.

  • Miscellaneous: Shows the sales amount generated from Miscellaneous items.

  • Inventory Bundles: Displays the sales amount generated from Inventory Bundles.

  • Net Sales: Displays the net sales amount excluding tax, calculated after deducting discounts.

  • Total Sales (Incl. Tax): Displays the total sales amount including all applicable taxes.

  • Refunds: Provides the accumulated total of partial and full refunds processed.

  • Discounts: Displays the accumulated overall and line-item discounts applied within the specified period.

  • COGS: Includes the total cost of products sold and the cost of repair parts used against repair tickets.

  • Profit After Tax: Shows the remaining profit after deducting COGS, discounts, and refunds from total revenue.

  • Average Sales: Shows average daily sales, calculated by dividing sales by the total number of days in the selected time period.

  • Tax: Displays the total tax collected for the given time period across all tax classes.

  • Payments Received (Excl. Tax): Represents the total payment amount collected within the specified period, excluding tax. 

  • Accounts Receivable: Shows total outstanding balances owed against all invoices generated within the specified period.
