Merge Customers In RepairDesk

Accidentally created duplicate customer profiles? Merging them helps you keep your customer database clean, avoiding confusion and ensuring all associated tickets, invoices, and estimates are tied to the correct record.

Navigate to the Customers section.

Click on Manage Customers and select the customer you want to keep.

On the Customer Details page, click the Merge Customer button.

A popup will appear. Use the dropdown to search and select the duplicate customer profile you want to merge into the current one.

Click Merge Customer again. A confirmation message will appear.

Click Confirm to complete the merge. All associated invoices, leads, tickets, and estimates will now belong to the unified customer profile.

FAQ
Can a merged customer profile be unmerged?
Once merged, customer profiles cannot be unmerged. All associated invoices, tickets, leads, and estimates will be combined into the final profile.
