M360 Integration

M360 is a powerful diagnostic tool trusted by retailers, service centers, wholesalers, and carriers.

Repair shops use M360 to assess a device’s condition before or after repairs—or when purchasing it. It helps standardize the testing process, ensuring consistent results.

M360 also allows you to run IMEI network and blacklist checks, and perform data erasure, offering a complete diagnostic solution.

How to Setup M360 Integration

Go to Settings > Integrations > M360 Integration.

Click on M360 Integration.

Click the Enable button to activate the integration.

Enter the M360 Auth Code and M360 Token (credentials provided by M360).

Click Connect to verify your credentials.

  1. If credentials are valid, the integration will be successfully connected.
  2. If invalid, you'll be prompted to re-enter them.

Download the M360 desktop application on your computer.

Once installed, log in to the M360 desktop application using your M360 credentials.

Connect the device (you want to diagnose) to your computer using a USB/Type-C cable.

Download the M360 app on the device you want to test.

Open the M360 app on the device and follow the prompts to perform the diagnostic test.

Important: Once the test is completed, make sure you disconnect the device by unplugging the cable. Then, you can retrieve the results within RepairDesk using the steps below.

How to Perform a Diagnostic Test in a Ticket

Open a repair ticket.

Scroll down to the M360 section (below the Supplied Items section).

The IMEI/Serial field will be auto-filled if it was already entered in the ticket.

If adding it manually, make sure it is correct to avoid errors.

Click the Retrieve Latest Diagnostic Test button.


  1. A loading icon will appear while processing. The test results will be displayed once fetched successfully.
  1. You can perform multiple tests; each result will be saved under a new tab.

Click the eye icon to open the M360 certificate page.

Click the download icon to download the diagnostic report.

You can also track the history of who performed the test or downloaded the report via ticket history or the employee activity log.

Check the diagnostic test status on the ticket listing page to see if it has been performed on that device.

How to Perform a Diagnostic Test in a Trade-In

Open the Trade-In Purchase popup or edit an existing trade-in item.

The M360 Diagnostics tab will be displaying on the trade-in purchase popup or update page if the integration is enabled.

Why am I seeing an "Access Forbidden" error while connecting M360 integration?
If you're facing an Access Forbidden error while connecting the M360 integration, please ensure the following:

Make sure your API status is set to Live in your M360 account.

When copying the Authentication Code and especially the Token, ensure you copy the entire token without missing any characters.

To verify, paste the copied token into a Notepad or your browser’s URL bar to confirm it’s complete. If it appears fully, then paste it into RepairDesk and try connecting again.
