Templates

Ticket Label Template:
Using a ticket label helps track repair items. Print a label and stick it to the customer’s item to show info like name, issue, and due date. The printed barcode lets you scan and instantly open the job in RepairDesk.

Available Templates:

  • Default: Clean, text-first layout with barcode and customer info
  • Professional: Includes branding, refined layout, and price if relevant
  • Rat Tail & Barbell: Ideal for jewelry, watches, and pendants

To access Ticket Label Templates: Go to the 9 dots menu Tap Store Settings > Module Configurations > Tickets

Inventory Label Template:

Inventory labels simplify stock handling. With just a scan, staff can pull up product info, pricing, and availability. Running low on a fast-selling accessory? Just scan the label to check stock and reorder — no manual lookup needed. It’s fast, accurate, and built for how repair shops move.

Available Templates:

  • Default: Product name, price, and SKU in a compact layout
  • Professional: Branding and barcode, ideal for shelf display
  • Rat Tail & Barbell: Compact layout for jewelry or serialized parts

To access Inventory Label Templates:

Go to the 9 dots menu, Tap Store Settings > Module Configurations > Inventory

Jewelry Label Template:
Need to tag tiny parts like jewelry or microchips? Professional labels are available for these unique needs. These minimize clutter and maximize space on narrow products.

Trade-In Label Template:
Used for labeling devices that are traded in, ensuring each item is uniquely identified (with variant details) when resold or refurbished.

Bundle Label Template:
Used for kits, accessories, or multi-product deals packaged together.

Here’s a simple rule of thumb:

  • ZSB-DP12 → Great for general repair shops (phones, tablets, accessories)
  • ZSB-DP14 → Best for larger labels and bundles
  • ZD421CN → Perfect for jewelry, barbell tags, and rat tail labels

How to Setup Labels

Go to 9 dots > Store Settings > Module Configurations > Label Sizes to edit the label size as per your requirements.

Edit the sizes and tap Save Changes.

Customizing Labels

To customize labels, go to 9 dots > Store Settings > Module Configurations > Template Editor. (Learn More)

Template Editor

Select the label you want to customize (e.g. Ticket Label Template) and tap Action > Edit.

Edit the template using available tags and click Save.

Note: You can also customize the template using custom CSS, Tap the Source Button

Paste your custom HTML and click Save.

To revert to the recommended template:

  • Go to Action
  • Tap Reset Template

Can I configure Label Sizes for each individual printers?

QZ Tray Configuration

Navigate to 9 dots > Store Settings > Hardware Settings > QZ Tray

Tap Settings against the printer you want to configure.

PrintNode Configuration
Go to 9 dots > Integrations > PrintNode

Access PrintNode

Tap Sync Printers to load your available devices.

Yes, you can hide the price on the inventory label template. Go to: 9 dots > Store Settings > Module Configurations > Label Sizes and turn on the trigger for Hide Price on Inventory Label.
