Is there a way to show tickets to all employees?

Yes, there certainly is!

Just head over to 9 dots > Store Settings > Repairs > Tickets 

Check the box in front of Display Tickets (assigned or un-assigned) to all employees.

Once checked, all tickets can be viewed by all employees.
