How to Integrate Meta Business Page with RepairDesk Connect

This guide explains how to connect your Meta Business account to RepairDesk Connect so you can manage customer conversations directly from RepairDesk Connect.

1. Open RepairDesk Connect and click Settings from the left navigation menu.


2. Next to Facebook Page, click Connect. You will be redirected to Meta to authenticate your account.


3. Select the Meta Business Pages you want to connect.


4. Select the business assets you want to grant access to.


5. Review the requested permissions and changes and then click on Confirm.


6. After the connection is complete, you will be redirected back to RepairDesk Connect, where you can map your Meta Business Pages to their respective RepairDesk locations.

Will messages sent through Meta appear in RepairDesk Connect?
Yes. Messages sent through Messenger, Meta Business Suite, or any other supported Meta messaging channel will automatically appear in RepairDesk Connect.

Can I connect my personal Meta account?
No. Meta currently supports connections only for Meta Business Pages. Personal profiles cannot be connected to RepairDesk Connect.
