How to use the Insights Module

The Insights module gives you a clear view of your business performance through KPIs and helps answer specific questions about your store.

Hover over Reports and select the desired option under the Insights section. For example, click on Tickets to view ticket-related KPIs.

You’ll be redirected to the Insights page, where you can switch between different modules using the top menu. Apply filters like date range or location to refine KPIs, and compare them with another date range.

The dashboard displays KPIs for the selected module. To dive deeper, click on a legend within a KPI. For example, in “Busiest Day of the Week”, selecting Thursday will filter to show tickets created on Thursdays.

Personalize your view using the gear icon (top right). Hide stats or rearrange fields by dragging them into your preferred order.
