You can customize how AI rewrites your notes by adding your own instructions.
Go to Store Settings
Select Repairs > Repairs & Tickets > Repairs
Scroll to the AI Generated Notes section
Add your custom instructions for Private Comments & Diagnostic Notes
These instructions allow you to control the tone, format, and style of how AI rewrites your content.
How to Use “Polish with AI”
Open any ticket from the POS or Tickets section.
Locate the Polish with AI option within the ticket.
Click the button to automatically rewrite and enhance your notes.
