Keeping your repair tickets accurate and up-to-date is essential for smooth operations. Whether you need to add a new service, estimate, or part, the new Ticket UI makes the process seamless. Follow these steps to effortlessly update an existing ticket with a new repair line item.
Click on the Add New button & select the Service option to add a new service.This will open the device selection drawer. Select a new device and choose the required service(s) from the service drawer. Once done, click the Save button to save the changes.
Note: Please note that you can only update the device if the ticket is in open state and there are no invoices or estimates associated with it.
Yes, the new Ticket UI allows you to add new manufacturers and devices directly from the ticket interface. This makes the ticket creation process simple and allows you to add new manufacturers & devices without leaving the page.
