
Here are some of the things you can view in the Gratuity Report:
Customer Name: You can filter the report to search for a specific customer.
Payment Date: Users can also filter the report based on the payment date.
Search criteria: Under Search Criteria, the user can select the following options to narrow down the search:
Invoice Date: The date the invoice was created will be shown in this column.
Customer Name: The customer's name will be shown in the column.
Invoice ID: The invoice ID will be shown in this column.
Invoice Amount: The total invoice amount will be shown in this column.
Payment Date: The date on which payment was received will be shown in this column.
Gratuity Amount: The amount received in gratuity will be shown in this column.
Payment Method: The payment method used will be shown in this column.
Employee Name: The employee who received the invoice payment and gratuity will be shown in this report.
Yes. You can now choose whether tips are assigned to the salesperson or the technician from Store Settings → Sales → Gratuity Settings. Based on your selection, tips will automatically be assigned and reflected correctly in the Gratuity Report. If “Technician” is selected, tips are distributed to technicians who performed the repairs (proportionally if multiple technicians are involved). If no repair is included in the invoice, the tip is assigned to the salesperson by default.
