Can I apply more than one discount coupon on the same product?
No. Only one discount code can be applied per line item. Each line item in an order, however, can have a different code applied.
What happens if the coupon makes the price drop below my minimum price?
The system will automatically cap the final price at the minimum allowed price for that item, protecting you from selling below cost.
Can I edit the discount value on a ticket if a coupon is applied?
No. When a coupon is applied to a ticket or estimate, the discount value is locked to the coupon’s rules and cannot be edited from the discount pop-up. You can only remove the coupon from the popup.
Can a discount coupon be synced to other stores?
Yes. At the time of creation, a coupon can be synced to other stores. It will be added to any store that additionally has the Discount Coupons module enabled. However, syncing happens only at creation. Once a coupon exists on multiple stores, changes made to it on one store will not be reflect
Can I set more than one coupon to auto-apply at the same time?
No. Only one discount can be set to Auto-Apply at a time. If you enable Auto-Apply for a different discount, the previously auto-applied discount will be automatically disabled and replaced by the new one.
Can I see the activity log for Discount Coupons?
The activity log related to Discount Coupons can be viewed in the Employee Activity Report.
