How to View Report Using RepairDesk’s Mobile App?

Log in to Mobile App from your mobile phone.

1. From the dashboard go to “Left Menu” and click on the “Reports” field.




You can perform the following actions:  

Admin Dashboard

Click on “Admin Dashboard”.
 You’ll be presented with the following screen.


                                       


Reports Dashboard

Click on “Reports Dashboard”. You’ll be presented with the following screen.
  

                                         


Sales Reports

Click on “Sales Reports”. You’ll be presented with the following screen.
 


                                             

To view any report click on its name. For example, to view the sales summary click on “Sales Summary Report”. You’ll be presented with the following screen.

Q. I updated the reports settings from RepairDesk’s web app but changes are not reflecting in the Mobile app.

A. Whenever you update settings from RepairDesk’s web app you have to manually sync these changes with RepairDesk’s mobile app.

1. From the dashboard go to “Left Menu”.

 2. Click on “Sync Products & Settings (Manually)”.


Q. Can my employee view the reports?

A. Certainly, your employee can view reports if he/ she has permission to view the reports.

You can allow your employee to see the reports from RepairDesk’s web app

1. Go to “Store Settings” and click on “Employee” select “Manage Roles Permission” from the drop-down menu.

2. Select “Role".


3. Scroll down and expand the “Reports” section.

4. Click the checkbox in front of the reports you want your employee to see.

5. Sync these settings manually with RepairDesk’s Mobile app. And it’s done!

Q. How can I restrict my employee from viewing the “Admin Dashboard”?

A. You can restrict your employee from viewing the admin dashboard by following these simple steps:

1. Log in to RepairDesk’s web app. Go to “Store Settings”.

2. Click on “Employee” select “Manage Roles Permission” from the drop-down menu and select “Role”.

3. Scroll down and expand the “Reports” section.

4. Click the checkbox in front of the “Admin Dashboard” you want your employee to see.

5. Sync these settings manually with RepairDesk’s Mobile app. And it’s done!

Q. Can we view reports based on the accounting method i.e. Cash Basis/Accrual Basis?

A. You can only view reports based on your accounting methods. You would have to manually sync the changes made on the RepairDesk’s web app with mobile app.

Q. Can we view reports based on the subscription type i.e. Professional/Enterprise?

A. You can only view reports based on your subscription type.

Q. Wil the reports change when I change the store?

A. The reports section will display according to the store you have selected.
