View Stock Option:

Following are the forms where VIEW STOCK button will be displayed.

1.      POS Screen

2.      Create /Edit Ticket

3.      Inventory transfer

4.      Purchase invoice

5.      Purchase order

POS:

At the time of selling a product from POS,when  item is added  into the cart then  their will be option to view on hand across all stores.

Option to view stock on other store should be given at the time of associating part so that user can see how much stock is present at other stores. View stock option will be available when item is selected.  Popup will open upon clicking view stock.

Inventory transfer:

Option to view stock on other store should be given at the time of inventory transfer so that user can see how much stock is present at other stores. View stock option will be available when item is selected.  

Popup will open upon clicking view stock. 

Payment invoice:

Option to view stock on other store should be given at the time of purchase invoice so that user can see how much stock is present at other stores and at what price it’s being sold. Popup will open upon clicking view stock and showing the result.

Purchase order:

Option to view stock on other store should be given at the time of purchase order so that user can see how much stock is present at other stores and at what price it’s being sold. Popup will open upon clicking view stock and showing the result.

Option to view Stock across all stores is based on permission set against specific Role: 

this option will only be enabled fro those user which have access to the functionality.
each module has a separate option for this functionality.

Same option will be for all other modules, if this option is enabled then user will be able to view on hand across all stores.
