  1. Customer Facing Display same like self check-in widget

    I would like to suggest if possible to make the customer facing display give more option like the self check-in widget where it will show the terms and condition and ask for a signature. and enter custom field for the passcode.

    Right now what i do is a customer comes in that needs a repair i do the repair right away and then ill just let them fillup the form from the CFD while im doing the repair and while im repairing i want them to fill up the form and at the same they have time to read they…

    Please create an integration for Acuity scheduling.

    It’s free and probably the best appointment/scheduling program I have used for my business. It would be fantastic if this integrated with RepairDesk

  3. Hide closed ticket by default

    When going to "Manage Tickets", it would be nice if the tickets could already be in created order with closed tickets already hidden. As i find myself doing this every almost everytime i open this screen.

  5. Automate reoccurring expenses

    It would be awesome to have a “re-occurring expenses” option under expenses, where you set a frequency weekly, monthly, etc, that particular expense occurs. Have the option to automate this so that every week (or whatever the frequency is) it automatically adds that same expense.

    For myself I have the same salary get paid out every week on a Monday and it’s frustrating as I have to input it manually every week!

  6. RepairDesk Pay Customer Contact Info Display

    We would like the ability to use the RepairDesk Pay terminal to display customer contact info during check-in/ticket creation. Ideally, after a tech creates a repair ticket and enters a new customer contact info, we would hit "create ticket", and then on the repairdesk pay terminal the customer would first see the contact information they provided and must confirm that it is correct, then proceed to ticket details, and finally T&C and signatures.   8. Customizable Appointment Calendar Widget

    Currently Appointment Calendar Widget contact page is too messy and complicated, and because of that we lose leads every day. Before Repairdesk we had self build widget, which was same style as repairdesk's widget. Conversion rate has dropped OVER 15% because of the unneccessary extra fields. Thats lots of money isnt it?

    All contact form fields should have option if you want to show them or not. Example: imei field is not necessary and it just confuses customers.

    Widget just needs to have more options to customize it. Also The Big Letter On Every Sentence needs to be changed on…

  10. Integrate with shipstation

    Shipstation is great for mail-in repairs, it would be great if you could integrate your system with ShipStation to be able to have invoices show up in shipstation to print labels etc.

  12. One service for multiple devices

    I would like to create one repair service for multiple devices instead of cloning many times the same repair service and changing the device models.
    For example: we usually charge the same diagnostics fee for all devices. Or we charge the same internal cleaning fee for a bundle of models.

  17. Add integration like Customer view but for employees

    I like the ability for customers to see the status of their repair but I wish we had one for the employee side that shows items that are there and their status. Waiting on Parts, being repairs, etc. List their physical location and repair status along with date they arrived.

    I work with Spanish and English Speaking Customers and i tag them with the customer group to be able to tell who is who, when it comes down to sending sms blasts i Know what language to send the sms in. also the Campainger doesnt let you send emails based on customer groups would be nice to be able to tag customers to send more targeted ads.

  19. Create a ticket to automatically upload to an invoice without re-entering the same information.

    When creating a ticket, it should automatically transfer the data to an invoice, instead of re-entering relevant data again. This will save time and add process efficiency.

  20. Daily custom reports for ''how it was today'' :)

    Possibility to set up an automatic daily custom reports to see it on the main dashboard or by email.
    On the end of the day I want to know:
    1. how many new tickets are (new entrances);
    2. how many check out was, with successful or unsuccessful repairs
    3. money income
    4. etc
